| ORDERING |

Regular orders are filled
promptly after receiving them. Most go into a Priority Mailer and arrive to the
customer within a week. Special order items may take us a couple weeks to
complete the dyeing. For orders which combine both special order items and
product on hand, we will mail in two different shipments. Shipping and handling
charges are to be collected on both. If you require delivery by any other
method, please let us know.
SHIPPING and HANDLING within USA
Due to increased shipping rates, we will no longer be charging a flat
rate. All shipments will be charged the actual rate according to weight
and destination, plus a $1.00 handling fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please advise if Surface or Air Mail is preferred. We will ship by U.S. Postal
System unless otherwise indicated. We ship Parcel Post so that the package can
be insured. Costs will be billed accordingly. Payment by credit card is
required. Please include your fax number or e-mail address for correspondance.
