Cherrywood Fabrics was started
as a cottage industry in her basement about twenty years ago by Dawn Hall. We
now operate out of a large, old house and ship fabric all over the world. In
2002, we suffered a huge loss when Dawn lost her fight with cancer. With her
blessing, and her high standards instilled in us, we continue her legacy -
bringing wonderful color and inspiration to you, our customer.
Cherrywood has gained a reputation for high-quality, scrumptous colors, and
personalized customer service. When you call Cherrywood, you will be greeted by Karla Overland, Linda Arganbright or Kathy Carney. Our days are filled with
receiving and processing mail and phone orders, preparing for quilt shows, and
hand-dyeing over a thousand yards of fabric a week. Since we can't do it all,
we do not operate a retail store front. Instead, we take our fabrics to the
people by traveling to many of our country's finest quilt shows. We send tons
(literally) of fabric to each show and exhibit many wonderful examples of
quilts and clothing in our booths. Our sales team is eager to answer your
questions and to assist in making color and pattern selections, both at quilt
shows or by phone.
